Meshtastic

While Meshtastic isn't necessarily ham radio related, it has a licensed operator setting as is at least ham adjacent if nothing else.  It's becoming very popular with both hams and non-hams.  If you haven't looked into it, I highly recommend you take a look.  I'll share some links below if you'd like to go down the rabbit hole.
